Who we are

What we collect
When you fill in a form we collect what you type: name, phone, email, city, license type and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. We do not use tracking cookies on this site.
Purchases
Cosmetologist and barber policies are purchased on CoverSmart (coversmart.org), which has its own privacy policy. We receive the policy details needed to service your coverage.
How we use it
To answer your question, quote and service insurance, and send you renewal and coverage reminders. We do not sell your information. We share it only with insurance carriers and service providers needed to quote or issue coverage, or when the law requires.
If you received an email from us about Ohio licensee insurance, it was sent to a business contact address. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed.

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at the contact above.
Security
Forms on this site are sent over HTTPS to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service that emails them to our team. FormSubmit has its own privacy policy.
